Strengths: Non really, it fits a bmx BBWeaknesses: The chain will not stay on no matter what you do unless you run single speed!!Bottom Line: It's an old school design. I bought it cos I needed a device for my Pornking and 24bikes was the only company making BMX Bottom Bracket chain devices at the time. Now DMR make one I advise everyone to but one of those because you'll be wasting you cash on this. I hate this device not because it doesn't work too good, but it also cost me a chance of winning a bloody race.
