Strengths:    NONE! this product is trash.

Weaknesses:    very thin metal used. The splined groves on the cog are NOT precise thus will not fit a NEW xtr cassette body. This is the cheapest cog I've seen. No quality control for this product....... its TRASH

Bottom Line:
If you want a quality product, spend the extra cash and get a surly or chris King cog.
