Strengths:    everything you want in a cassete plus some. gear ratios are perfect. plus you can't beat the red ;)

Weaknesses:    None!

Bottom Line:   
the cassete isn't the cheapest in the world, but it's not too bad either. at 60 bucks it really gets the job done. I highly recommend this product.
