Strengths: great shimano quality fit and finish. will last forever.great shifts every time durng any conditions.every bit as good as xtrWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: i cant seem to feel any difference between them and the xtr's ive owned.better shifts than shram or the lower end shimano cassettes.
