Strengths: Not much to say here. A cog should last. These don't. I know it's aluminum, but still poor. I do like the way they look for whatever that counts for.Weaknesses: Strength. I have had two of these and teeth broke off.Bottom Line: These simply do not seem strong enough for single speed mountain biking. After 75 miles on my first one I lost three teeth. The second lost 1 tooth after 200 miles. Hard to give these a good review when they cause a mechanical on a single speed. They weren't exactly cheap for a cog either. I expected more.
