Strengths:    Cheap, sealed bearings

Weaknesses:    weight

Bottom Line:   
This bottom bracket is perfect if you're looking for a cheap square taper. It has sealed bearings to keep grime out and also rolls very smoothly. The installation was very simple. Overall this is a great buy for those square taper cranks out there.
