Strengths:    solid bottom bracket for a about a year, gives a wider stance, feels nice to ride

Weaknesses:    only good for about a year, mine still works after a year and 3 months but it crunches when I pedal

Bottom Line:
Good for a bout a year, i would recommend getting the one with bigger bearings because I think one of my bearing smashed hence the crunching noise, other than thats its an ok product.

Strengths:    very strong, bb-mounted chain device compatible, very smooth, rock hard, little flex, HUGE bearings

Weaknesses:    none yet

Bottom Line:
this bb is amazing, its strong, no flex, great bearings - theyre huge and external, no slip in the bolts, the only prob is you have to use howitzer cranks as it is a non-standard ISIS fitment. ive got some ruktions and theyre great! reali happy with it. its taken 6ft to flat concrete drops, no breakage. i do downhill often.
