Strengths: easy setupWeaknesses: bearings break 2 days after abuseBottom Line: I had 3 days and nights of full dh on a rocky mountain but my crank was messed up so i bought a set of truvativ howitzer cranks along with the BB. The bearings broke on the second night..... 2 F***ing days it lasted. Flash light can only show you this much, the rest of it is on your reflexes and how much your bike can take when running over big rocks. It was the second and last BB from crappy Truvativ. If you're riding urban in a place were there's no vibrations and dust like a deep space asteroid you can go ahead and put these on your bike, but if you enjoy riding dh under snow, rain and over dirt, mud and rocky situations stay away from Truvativ BB's like hookers with leprosy. No disrespect to Truvativ, just their BB's.

Strengths: very strong, very smoothWeaknesses: heavyBottom Line: This is a very strong bottom bracket that withstands abuse. I like to urban freeride through the city and there is no wear on the bottom bracket. Set up was easy and I was riding in minutes. The weight doesn't slow me down because I would rather be riding with extra weight then breaking bottom brackets.
