Product Description

High-quality Pressfit bottom bracket cups at XTR-level. The bottom bracket design features low overall weight, low Q-factor and increased heel clearance. Easy to install, increased durability because of the larger bearing size. Pressfit 91 bottom bracket cups can be used with specific frames (bottom bracket size 91x41mm) for this new oversize BB standard only.

Strengths:    None

Weaknesses:    Poor quality. Short life.

Bottom Line:   
Not happy with the longevity of the BB91-41 Poor performer. Have done 1500km of XC and maybe 400km in wet conditions. They died. Buying HSC bearings now.

Weaknesses:    difficult removal and servicing.

Bottom Line:   
came with the bike frame. within 200 miles of riding, bb started to grind and creak. had to lube the cranks to help improve from the insidious sounds coming from it. can't really remove the bearings to service. this helped for a while to suppress it. however, by the 500th mile, it was unbearable. tried to remove to replace with the appropriate tools, a park tool bb90. the plastic cup rim that the bearing rested on broke off. the bearings came off with it, leaving the rest of the cup within the bb shell. i have yet to successfully get that cup out. the other is just as stubborn to come out. so destroyed bb and nonfunctioning bike.
give me a chris king bb any day. i can service that without great difficulty. but, they don't make the press fit yet.
