Strengths:    They work, they are light

Weaknesses:    If you ride a lot, you can easily go through a couple a season

Bottom Line:   
Light as they are made out of plastic and they work, they just aren't as sturdy as some other brands.

Bottom Line : It is XTR, which is really more concerned with weight than durability. As long as you keep this in mind, they fit the bill and are perfect.

Only reason I gave it a 3/5 rating is because of the durability but it is a trade off on weight.
