Designed exclusively for Downhill/Dual Slalom racing, these BB’s are manufactured from M12 spindles and are available in a multitude of large sizes to fit the biggest bikes on the planet. And in keeping with the trend of downhill riders finally shedding some weight, we’ve designed the Signature DH to be the strongest bottom bracket on the market while keeping weight at a modest level.

strongest isis bb on the market.

most expensive isis bb on the market.

Bottom Line:
the signature bb is the best isis bb there is. while pricey, it also represents the best value for the money as the bearings are replaceable. why spend more money on a whole new bb when you can just pop in a new set of bearings for $10.
i've had one on my dh bike for over two year and its been flawless. i just put one on my hardtail rig too.

Awesome BB. Have had no issues with this BB despite what the guys say below. I know RF had some teething problems with the first DH BBs but I've been running this for 2 DH seasons and it's just now about to embark on it's third. That's good VFM IMHO. I'd recommend it, I've been pleased with ISIS overall, I used to have serious headaches with square taper BBs

Lasted all summer with someone learning to ride on some pretty hardcore stuff. Lots of drops, tons of DH, bad landings, you name it.
Weaknesses:
It broke at the end of the summer! Lock ring requires a special tool which is a little bit annoying.

Bottom Line:
It's a good bottom bracket but I have to send it back in cause it broke.

Strengths:
it worked for a few days
Weaknesses:
It is no good. The drive side uses tiny bearings, not regular sealed bearings. The drive side bearings all ate sh** and got flattened. I kept riding and they chewed through the bb cup and my spindle was really loose. Customer service sounded like they wanted to help and even made a rush job to get it me a new one in a week for a race. (thats when they answered the phone. But I called two days before my race and "oops" it never left shipping. I missed the DH race.

Bike Setup:
giant Dh comp. a couple mods.
Bottom Line:
I thought race face had a reputation for unbreakable products. Especially if it has the word signature DH. I guess they will put their signature on pieces of sh**. I missed a DH race thats part of a points series because they messed up in shipping. f*** that. Buy a truvative or fsa. You will save money and have a better product.

Its Race Face and it looks cool.
Weaknesses:
Its a piece of crap. The berrings were completely destroyed within like 3 weeks. Whatever happened to that Race Face reputation? Aren't they supposed to be like the best? I have lost all faith in them now. My friend's Race Face bb also was broken. The spindle in his just completely siezed.

Bottom Line:
My respect for Race Face has definately gone way down.
