The lateral movement was with only 100 miles or less on the bike. After looking at the reviews for BB's accross the board on this website, it seems there re very few that are good. My old early 90's model GT All Tequesta still has the original one after 18 years (not all years in use). However it is due. I'm pretty certain it was the Shimano STX (old school) LOL.

Strengths: fairly cheapWeaknesses: does not last very long, in my case less than 500 miles.
the seals are extremely poorly designed and let mud and water in the cups,
so gets very rough quickly, it is possible to replace the bearings but I found it is cheaper to replace completely the bottom bracketBottom Line: I would not recommend this bottom bracket even for casual trail riding, not very durable

$50.00
