The Chris King Ceramic Bearing Bottom Bracket is identical in construction and compatibility as our stainless steel bearing bottom bracket. Chris's bearing design allows them to use more rolling elements, or balls, than production house bearings. They squeeze 24 ball into each bearing. The ceramic balls are harder and lighter which translates to faster movement and reduced friction.
