Strengths:    Great wattage savings during uphill climbs and spinning.

Weaknesses:    None so far.

Bottom Line:   
If you're finding a non-pricey but quality BB for your MTB bike, this is it. Try to buy one and you'll feel the difference.

Strengths:    light weight

Weaknesses:    lasts less than 3 months

Bottom Line:   
Would like to try and change the bearings so that it lasts longer but also is light weight.
