Strengths:    It's the lightest design

Weaknesses:    It lasts 4 months.

Bottom Line:
I tried to save some weight and new I was taking a risk based on mixed reviews but the 100 gram weight difference from the Race Lite was too tempting. It seems ISIS designs don't last as long as tried and true Shimano. If you ride in wet weather, avoid this design.
