Look good, stiff
Would be nice to have a replaceable pedal thread insert, although these come with their own issues like the inserts coming out with the pedals.
Recently stripped the pedal threads out of the non drive side crank arm. I'm sure it was my fault as it was right after a pedal swap. I emailed the Raceface customer service and was quickly replied to by Devyn in their customer service department. After several emails back and forth he looked through some old stock he had laying around and found a replacement arm that will work. This is many years after the warranty ran out. Top-notch customer service.
As for the cranks, up until the stripped threads I have had no problems. I'm a big guy at 6'5" 200+ lbs. and ride a lot of rocky trails, so the cranks have taken a beating but have held up great. They're a clean simple design that looks great on my bike. I will be purchasing more Raceface products in the future.

No creaks. Feels steady enough while riding.
The white color kinda sucks. Apparently can't take heavy abuse.
Kind of cheap of Rocky Mountain putting these on a free-ride/downhill bike, since they're obviously intended for XC use. Still, they held their own for a year of increasingly rougher use, and didn't fail me until they got bent at an amusing angle after being slammed sideways into a rock at high speed. I wouldn't by them again for my RM6, but they might be a good option for my XC bike.

Stiff and shifts well
none
I like these cranks better than the shimanos. Great price with the srx bottom bracket at pricepoint for 109. The rings are a little beefier, but that's what I wanted. Shimano sucks. They feel stiff and installation was no trouble. No creaks, no nothing. Shifting is the same, but more reliable compared to shimano. I prefer it that way. I've done an s load of miles since I put it all together. Great product.

Cheap price, solid, no creaks...cheap price
On the heavy side, kind of plain looking
Cheap and solid best describes it. Not pretty to look at, but does it's job and is creak free so far after ~2 months of relatively heavy use. I climb fire roads galore, and I've found these to be adequately stiff. It's on the heavy side; I bought these as a cheap upgrade to the original crap cranks on my Kona, and so far have no complaints. It was a decision between these and the Stylo XC Truvative, which is probably lighter, but a bit more $.

Isis. Race Face name. Weight is pretty ok (lighter than XT).
I used crank self-loosing bolts... big mistake these ripped out the threat out of the soft aluminium. Cheap chain rings. 4-arm. Stiff but certainly not the stiffest. To expensive compared to quality.
Wanna spent this sort of money on a crank set? Buy shimano XT and even save a few bucks, they have better built quality. RaceFace made these cause they knew everyone actracted by the name who couldn't afford Turbines, would buy these! To buy the real stuff (Turbines or NextLPs) you have to spent real money, and forget about these. Isis is great tough; Shimano should make a XT-isis set. I'll give it an extra "flammin turd" for that
I'm buying NextLP's; if I ever get my prodigys of...
:(((((
(any sugestions?)

Seems Strong
ISIS much better than square taper.
shifting could be better.
only one free sticker JK
This combo is a huge improvement over the stock shimano FC-M440 crank and el cheapo BB stock on the lava dome.
I remember my old XT cranksets always rounded the crank arm holes (sq. taper) after awhile especially when jumping and thrashing. The ISIS seems like it will last forever. Seems real solid and dependable. Doesn't bend, flex, creak or complain. Does it's job without fanfare, in other words perfect.
Bent the large ring with a torquey shift. (IMHO) 9 speeders must keep chain and drivetrain very clean and properly lubed.

I actually have the Prodigy DH version of this crank with a bashguard! Rides very nice, BB feels like butter, well compared to the garbage I had on my bike b4. If you care, its looks real good too.
Haven't found any yet, but if they are there, my 180 lbs will find them!
So far this crank kicks a$$! Price point has a great BB and crank combo from Race Face and installation was good, instructions kinda sucked, but how many doods do u know that actually use them, huh? They worked good to keep the grease off my kitchen table! If you want a tough crank, not too worried about weight and beat your bike up, get this crank!

Simple strong and light design. Stiff crankarms. Durable after two years of all mountain pounding.
Stock rings a little soft
These cranks are exactly what they are advertised to be...a budget XC crank with reasonable performance. Not expecting top of the line performance...just solid performance and that is what they have given me for two years. The stock rings shifted good but wore out a little quick (though no as quick as my XT rigs did!). Yes its true that Shimano rings will not fit (they will and do after a little Dremel tool action...I'm running a Shimano middle ring right now)...but Shimano rings also don't fit many non-Shimano cranksets including other RF and Truvativ cranks. Typical Shimano!
Bottom line...they are a budget crankset that work at the level that would be expected at their price range.

ISIS, Stiff cranks that can handle some that can handle the abuse of riding the mountain goat paths of the trail Goddess, "Pisgah" National Forest. For the cost, stands well against higher priced cranks.
paint rubs off easily on edges. Gives it a broken in, used look thats hardly worth complaining about at the cost. If your that worried about, Think about the $300 dollar Next Lp's.
A great budget minded crank for the cross country endurance rider/racer. Race Face has really started looking out for the budget/family rider with great perfomance, toughness, and looks in mind.
