This DH stem is very light, looks good and works perfectly. I bought the black mirror finish in 40mm length and I really like how it makes my bike feel. Clamping area is large and well designed and pinch bolt design is well placed and machined. Any AM/DH rider should get one!
Weaknesses:
None so far, maybe stack height could be reduced but I don't have any complaints about the stem.

Good stem highly recommended. To the guy whose rated them 1/5 I think you must have had a dodgy dealer because they are really good guality stem's especially for the price.

Fabricated very poorly... bolt busted on installation to their recommended settings. Face wasn't symetrical ... said it was supposed to fit a 1 1/8 steer tube.. and it was super loose .. at their specs.

I wouldn't pedal with that ever.. i would be afraid the thing would bust at any time... NEVER buy this stem. Get something that isn't stamped out in haste. .. the worst part is Truvativ and the place i bought the thing wouldn't answer my emails..

looks great on the bike, made in all the right lengths, hollow so not as much of a weight penalty as other dh stems, 4 bolt bar clamp. It looks to be really well made. mine is black and the finish on it is really perfect. you can feel the quality and stiffness.
