Strengths:
Adjustable Pre-Damping,
Low-Cost Suspension,
Looks Cool,
Spring+Elastomer.Weaknesses:
Lateral Flex
High impact on end-travel of reboundBottom Line: Looks cool, gives you a suspension, but it can hurt you. I have to adjust mine to the near-rigid posistion (only works on medium and hard bumps) to have absolute control of the bike without hurting myself when the stem tops-out in the rebound. When i bought it was so stiff that the entire bike seens to be floating, giving the feeling of no-control, and i have a hard pain on my wristle because of the end of travel on the rebound (decompress).
