Strengths: price, rigidityWeaknesses: weightBottom Line: After deciding that I needed to go to a shorter stem for my ride, I picked up an old ti riser that could be used without shims and fit bmx stems. I tried a couple of cheap stems and then bought this monster. It may be heavy, but it stiffens up the front end like nothing I've ever used before. The sandwich clamp took a little adjusting, but has held since. Proof you don't have to spend more than one case of beer worth of money for a good part.
