Strengths: Strong, Low low low profile, looks good, great machine work, round where your kness hit itWeaknesses: none so far but i've only had it about 1 weekBottom Line: I've only rode the stem for about a week, and im 150 pounds and ride downhill/freeride, but it is amazing if something changes i'll post up again
