Strengths:    Holds tight, no flex. very reliable, no worries. lightweight!!

Weaknesses:    nothing.

Bottom Line:   
this stem is awesome. im just now switching my 90mm to a 75mm to set me back farther.. if you want a lightweight reliable stem, this is it, and its not too expensive.
