Strengths:    4 face bolts, 2 stem bolts, thick walled, good adjustment variation in height.

Weaknesses:    heavier than most.

Bottom Line:
This was good for me due to back and knee problems. It is hard to find the adjustment that is comfortable for us "old guys" that are still in love with "biking". I spent money and time trying different stems. This helped me to continue the love of the sport. It is a solid piece of work. Well constructed and the instructions were well written for installation, for first timers. I have had two bikes, and the stem was transfered from the old to my new bike. The price was $49.00 at Performance Bike, but got it on sale for $39.00. I hope this can help you.

Strengths:    Adjustable from -+ 45 degrees

Weaknesses:    Heavy. You have to take the entire stem apart to adjust angles.

Bottom Line:
It's alright stem if you want to play around with different angles to see what works best. It's a little on the heavy side.
