Strengths: Ritchey Pro OS 2004: Having a lightweight stem with 31.8 diameter gives you stability and durability.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: Gives great response and seems pretty durable! It's price is very logical!

Strengths: Stiff verticaly and horizontally, dont notice any flex in it. I like how the bolts screw in on opposite sides makes the fork look cleaner.Weaknesses: None so farBottom Line: Very nice stem, fairly lightweight, very stiff clean smooth welds, faceplate is open for ease of bar lineup.
