Strengths:    Solid, 4 bolt faceplate, squeek free

Weaknesses:    Maybe tone down the emblem at the front...

Bottom Line:   
Stiff, sold, and good quality product. I have the 30mm stem, which does everything I could ask of it - never loosens, positive feel.
