Date Reviewed: July 21, 2008
Favorite Trail:boondocks
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $100.00
Purchased At:Jimmy Amaral
Strengths:Light as fvck. Cutting the steer tube saves weight, so does not have a stem cap. saves tons of weight. this has to be the sexiest part on my bike too.
Weaknesses:no one has heard/tried one of these amazing stems!!
Similar Products Used:thomson, and hussefelt
Bike Setup:Intense socom, white 40, I9 wheels, trick build
Bottom Line:if you'r a racer, and are looking for the fastest lightest stuff possible, this is your stem. if you're a hucker, xc rider, or worried about cutting your steer tube, don't get this. i just wish i could give it more than 5 chilis.

Weaknesses:a little pricy, but well worth it
Similar Products Used:Thomson X4, Suntace superforce, easton havoc
Bike Setup:Intense SOCOM, Boxxer... Light race build
Bottom Line:I would buy this stem again, great quality and the lightest DH stem you can buy. This is really an elite level racing stem, and would recomend it to anyone

Submitted by Justin a Racer from Vacaville, CA, USA
Date Reviewed: May 14, 2008
Favorite Trail:Tunnel - Santa Barbera
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $120.00
Purchased At:a race
Strengths:Lightest FR stem I know of.
Weaknesses:Have to cut steer tube to exact length. Not a big deal to me.
Similar Products Used:Thompson, Specialized, FSA
Bike Setup:Specialiezed Enduro SX Trail
Bottom Line:This stem rocks. Light, strong. Whatelse to you need from a stem. I'm 200lbs and ride hard doing drops and jumps. Most stems I've used have shifted on me. This one is solid.
