The reversed bolts extend fatigue life by 500-1,000%, since the 10mm of thread in the lightweight faceplate is a powerful, low-stress contact surface. The bolt heads work against the mass of the stem body instead of the lightweight faceplate, as they do in conventional designs. Oval stems last 4-5 times longer than required, when tested to the tough German DIN Plus standard for fatigue strength.
Very good product by Swiss technology. 44mm, 4 bolt clamp reduces bar flex and stress for greater control... and you can feel the difference: better than my previous Ritchey and FRM.
150 grams for 110 lenght, 17°, 25,4 clamp size.
137 grams with Ti screws.
