Strengths: i'm not sure what VRS means but if you guys are talking about the easton vice stem then it is kick ass! it is also pretty cheap.Weaknesses: nothingBottom Line: this is an uber burly stem made to take some big hits. so many pro free-riders use this thing and i see why, it's amazing! i'm never going to use anthing but the vice, i wish i would have gotten the oversized version, but the regular is unbeatable.
