    Strengths:    Clean , precise shifting and easy to read indicator.
    The grip is comfortable for road riding.

    Weaknesses:    None, these shifters click loudly but I eventually found that the click was usefull to make it clear that I was in a new gear position.

    Bottom Line:   
    Good shifter option. Saves having to move hands off of hand
    grip position.
