Strengths: just about everything. Flawless shifting, an perfect prefromance. pretty good customer service, and legandary XTR performance.Bottom Line: damn fine product. Wouldn't reccommend eanything else but, XTR, if you can afford it. I would ask everyone to use this product, because it is awesome. Flawless performance.
