Strengths:
Light - about 220-240g for 350mm
Weaknesses:
Weak, the post bent after about 4 weeks of riding on my hardtail. Very noisy and creaking.

Bottom Line:
Save your money, even though these are light, not very expensive (cost around 40-50 dollars) and easy to work with they are not strong enough. Firstly the post should hold strong and do what it is supposed to do.... and this one failed. Mine was 27.2x 350 (or 340mm) and bent.
