Strengths: Model No: SP-968 (Aluminum). Very lightweight (< 200gm), Beautiful Finish, true micro-adjusting seatpost, beautiful sculpted neck, firestorm priced ($30), awesome deal.Weaknesses: Because of the sculpted neck, cannot have saddle < 2" from seatlug. Also, I wonder if possibly these will snap down the road when they get older, its sooooo light.Bottom Line: AWESOME SEATPOST. This is a true micro-adjusting seatpost, with a beautiful frosty anodized finish. It has the beautiful look of an old-style Campagnolo Chorus seatpost. I bought this seatpost from Performance Bike (their "Forte'" seatpost last year was made by pazzaz), and I ended up going back to buy 3 of them (It helped that it was on closeout for $10/ea!) I would buy this seatpost at $70 or less, its an awesome deal. Strengths: Light, cheap, great finish and detailed, don't move at all. Long (400mm)Weaknesses: none so farBottom Line: Replace my stock Bontrager with this post and I am sooo happy with it. Looks great right out of the box and holds well in tough trails which usually rocked the old Bontager back and forth. This seatpost has two-bolts design and nice finish, one of the best replacement.

Strengths: very lightweight, clamp and ajustability is very good, the saddle doesn't slip.
The post is stiff enough to take serious abuse. mine is a 30.9 mm.
Weaknesses: none so farBottom Line: i think that this seatpost is by far the best seatpost you can get for that price. thompson delivers about the same quality and ajustability, for 20$ to 30$ more.
everyone that don't need the "hot" stuff to do mountain biking and concerned a little about money should get a pazzaz 2014 cnc seatpost.

Strengths: Lite weight, well constructed, has height marks on the post, easy to adjust, super cheapWeaknesses: none so farBottom Line: This post looks awesome and so far seems to work great. I would recommend to anyone who needs a light weight post. Weighed in at 8.5 ounces or from my math about 240grams and it's 400mm long.

Strengths: Lighter than the Generic 4 year old post. Much better adjustability.Weaknesses: None YetBottom Line: This seems to be a very good quality post for the money. It is definitely much lighter than a generic post and the head is fully adjustable like my Thomson. The adjustment and clamp mechanism are substantially beefier than my Thomson. NOTE: This post is a two piece with the clamping mechanism inserted and bonded to the post. The Thomson is a one piece design. That said, $29 vs. $69 is a big difference.
Favorite Trail: The one I'm riding
