Strengths: Always worked even after the worst crashes. Not to heavy. Performed perfectly for the four years of heavy abuse i put it through, from what i hear it still holding strong.
Weaknesses: Turned white were the black wore off from being adjusted up and down.
Bottom Line:
I managed to bend steel seat rails but the post stayed strait. Also threw the bike off the top of a 20 foot rock out of anger and all was fine :)
