Strengths:    Precision adjustment, great price!

Weaknesses:    So far none, for the price you get a light seatpost that has good adjustment range. Perhaps the only weakness is the system used, as the two bolts can take some extra time to tinker with.

Bottom Line:   
If you want an inexpensive post that has good tilt adjustment, this is for you.

Gents, Is there anyone out there who has a gravity dropper and a set of calipers that can measure the inner tube outside diameter (the inside tube covered by the boot)?
