Easton's cutting-edge carbon composite technology, coupled with their TaperWall process, sets the standard for lightweight and strength in seatpost design. The Easton EC70 Zero seatpost provides superior fatigue and impact strength, while offering a lightweight, multi-adjustable, 2-bolt head design with 21 degrees of angular adjustability, and proprietary Relief-Area Design (RAD) for protection from over clamping.
Strengths: very light, clamp design allows great adjustability, smooths out the small stuff ie:roots
Weaknesses: none as yet
Bottom Line:
I think for the money its a great post although I wouldn't go with the set-back as it has an aluminium clamp (EA-70 model) that is mounted to the top of a carbon tube with epoxy (I think) where as this is all carbon
I just got this post as a big-time upgrade from my factory post but will write another review at the end of the race season if anything changes
