Strengths:    Good post if you have a variable seatpost opening in your frame or you never want to put your seat all of the way down.

Weaknesses:    This seat post was purchased as a 30mm. Once it was cut to length and installed in the frame it was found that the last 2" of post was 31mm. This made the post unusable as I needed the seat to go all the way down for descents. Blackspire would not accept the post back so I had to buy another post.

    Bottom Line:
Do not buy this post if you like to put you seat down.
