Strengths:Comfy to a "T".... tough long lasting,my bum has a Selle Italia groove in it from the years of Turbos on up, probably ride them til I croak..
Weaknesses:Not enough of them around aymore
Similar Products Used:Turbo, Turbomatic II, Turbomatic III

Bottom Line:160 km rides, too easy......lasts forever
Once you ride one there is no going back...

Strengths:"Painless" is the word that comes to mind when riding on this saddle !! I have tried the highly regarded Fly but just plain did not like it. I guess what they say about saddles being a very personal choice is correct.
Weaknesses:None.
Similar Products Used:Fly.
Bike Setup:Trance2.
Bottom Line:Give this saddle a try if you think you can't find one that fits you well.

Date Reviewed: January 23, 2005
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $25.00
Strengths:Comfort, comfort, comfort
Weaknesses:Weight is about 350 grams, but well worth the penalty
Similar Products Used:fizik: Airone, Nisene, Nisene Twin Tech; Selle Italia: Flight, Pro-link; plus SDG, coda, Titec...
Bike Setup:Steel Hardtail
Bottom Line:Damned! Believe the hype. I know any single product, especially saddles, will not satisfy everyone, but this has to be close. I'm not saying this is like a LazyBoy, but it does all a good saddle should do without numbness or unreasonable discomfort. I am sold. Now I want another for the road.

PS: my model has the "Genuine Gel" and steel rails.

Date Reviewed: September 21, 2004
Favorite Trail:anything over 40 miles
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $115.00
Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Looks great, elastomer suspension works, durability.
Weaknesses:Price, hard to find these days.
Similar Products Used:Fizik Alliante
Bike Setup:Top of the line Klein
Bottom Line:This is an extremely comfortable and durable saddle. I agree that it takes a little while (30-50miles) to get used to, but after it breaks in it is like no other, it is so comfortable, by far the most comfortable saddle ever. Those elastomers really works. I have on my road bike ,the same one but with gel, but the one without gel is more comfortable and lighter. Great product in every aspect.

Date Reviewed: March 22, 2003
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:Stadler
Strengths:Very well manufactured, damping system keeps away vibrations, nice leather cover, comfortable in a quite upright position
Weaknesses:Quite heavy (if you are interested in weight), expansive

It didn´t fit the riding position on my steel-bike. The saddle is quite high and the handlebar very flat.
I mounted it on my city-bike (an older modified touring-bike) and it fitted perfectly, because the riding position is more upright.
Similar Products Used:Selle Italia SPX, Selle Italia Flite, Ritchey Vector Wing
Bike Setup:The bike I´m talking about is a Tange prestige steel-frame with rigid fork, Deore and LX mixed, ZAC19 rims, ChengShin slicks, some Ritchey parts and now a Flite...
Bottom Line:A really nice, good saddle. But it seems not to be really comfortable if your riding position is too flat.

Strengths:Very comfortable, the cushion system works very well
Weaknesses:Heavier than 300g
Similar Products Used:Vetta, Selle Flite Gel, Terry Fly
Bike Setup:Cannondale M400, Judy XL
Bottom Line:The best saddle i've ever had had under my ass. For me the Flite is too hard and the Terry too soft.
