from Tempe, AZ Date Reviewed: March 22, 2002 | | Duration Product Used: | 3 months | | Purchased At: | www.webcyclery.com | | Strengths: | Lighter than freeride/DH saddles and softer than XC saddles Kevlar sides Good width Very comfortable Glitter! | | Weaknesses: | Haven't found any yet.. heavier than a uni seat for trials I suppose, but I have to travel on my bike | | Similar Products Used: | Selle Italia Octavia, Azonic loveseat, Odyssey freestyle, Selle San Marco concor lite (ouch) | | Bike Setup: | Zebdi, built like it should be | | Bottom Line: | This is a great seat. Not too expensive, not too heavy, the kevlar holds up in nasty concrete crashes, and it's very comfy. I don't know about the rail strength issues mentioned in the review below, because I don't land on mine.

from Suffolk Date Reviewed: June 23, 2000 | | Favorite Trail: | Ufford | | Duration Product Used: | 1 Year | | Strengths: | Looks alright, and the material on the sides holds up very well and doesn't scuff | | Weaknesses: | Weak rails. I snapped mine after landing only a little hard on one side. The whole thing bent backwards and sideways, and then the front snappped downwards, this broke any plastic that was under there. | | Similar Products Used: | X-lite | | Bike Setup: | Zaskar, Mavic, XTR, DMR, L&M, Planet X | | Bottom Line: | This is a good seat. It holds up quite well, but does finally brake, after a dodgy landings. Quite comfortable, and considering it is much cheaper than the X-lite and exactly the same it can't be bad. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
