Strengths:
great for sliding off the back, comfortable for the first 3-5 minutes of sitting on it
Weaknesses:
after 5 or so minute it realy starts to ache

Bottom Line:
if you find yourself standing most of the time or have your seat nice and high then go for it but if you have your seat lowe and sit down a fair bit DONT BUY IT! ive had it 2 weeks and am just about to purchase a dmr seat
