Strengths:    It's a spacer.

Weaknesses:    Non standard outer diameter due to thinner wall material means if you mix this with other kinds, it'll look *wrong*.

Bottom Line:
Avoid. Jenson generics are the same outer Diameter as other spacers and will mix without the interface issues that look wrong. They look wrong because they MUST make this weaker (less contact area. Same force over smaller area = more stress). If you had to trust one or the other, there is only one winner. However, if you use only this type it will work and won't have the size issues I describe. It'll still be thinner-walled though and with brittle carbon, that's a consideration. Esp in smaller sizes. It's not terrible, but like most Sette products in my experience so far, it has issues that don't need to be there.

Where to find Carbon Headset spacers...with a twist :)

Awhile back, I saw a picture of a members bike that had carbon headset spacers with a logo of the mudflap girl silouette. He (or she) also had handlerbar caps with the same logo on them. Where can I find these? I tried Dangerboy, but their "products" link on their site is currently down. Thanks m ... Read More »
