Product DescriptionStrong enough for downhill use, yet light enough for cross-country. Rubber sealed cartridge type, stainless steel bearings with additional O-ring seals in the cups for durability. Includes Head Doctor to replace star washer.

I didn't use the HED Doctor, but only hear great things about it from friends with carbon steer tubes.
