Strengths: looks and solid constructionWeaknesses: nothing..Bottom Line: I was a Chris King guy from my first build 3.5 years ago for my Paragon. After that the Cane Creek 110 came out (and heard it was a better design.) When my Paragon cracked (G1 frame had history of cracking) I had to get my new 'Reba' to work with the new TREK Integretated design (and get it to work on my tapered headtube--with a non-tapered fork.) The shop had to get the CC40 and it is Great. Solid, no squeaks, cheap (compared to the forks I wanted)------Excellent value.
I am going with a CC110 with my new tapered fork (for the BLING factor exclusively)----because why else would i pay Twice what this one cost and still get a Great headset.
