Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:Evans
Strengths:Ti bar - lovely n strong. Not superlight (weight weenies take note!)but who cares about a few grams? Raw ti matches my frame and the end plugs add an extra half inch to the width, nice!
Weaknesses:Excuse me??
Similar Products Used:Moots straight, Easton EC70.
Bike Setup:Cover Hummer
Bottom Line:Very nice bar, nicer than my moots bar, stronger than the carbon fibre easton one I used to have ... this one 'll last a life time and loadsa crashes! Don't know if X-Lite are continuing these bars as they arent listed on their website anymore! Glad I got mine in time if this is the case.

Favorite Trail:Colorado Trail
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $95.00
Purchased At:UK online shop
Strengths:nice width, hold bar ends well
Weaknesses:had to order from UK
Similar Products Used:1" risers that came with bike
Bike Setup:2001 Rocky Mountain Oxygen Race
Bottom Line:Great upgrade for my bike. I have fairly wide shoulder and like the width of these bars. The flat bar handles much better than the risers that came stock on by Rocky. If you like a wide flat bar, you can't do any better than this one.

Strengths:Titanium. Light, strong, absorbs vibration.

Submitted by Anders Schaale a Cross Country Rider from Koln, Germany
Date Reviewed: November 9, 2001
Favorite Trail:St.Veran
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $100.00
Purchased At:www.x-lite.com
Strengths:Good width, quaility and has barend plugs, titanium!!
Weaknesses:no weaknesses to report
Similar Products Used:Ritchey, Answer
Bike Setup:Kona, Marzocchi Z2, XTR with disc brakes
Bottom Line:I bought this bar because it has a good width (600mm) and it is also light weight. The finish on the bar has a polished look and has alloy end plugs built into each end, this is good for clamping my titec barends. I changed from an alloy bar and found the titainium very comfortable over long rides. X-Country riders looking for a comfortable, wide and very lightweight bar should buy this bar.
