Strengths: Great looks, good comfort, and good feelWeaknesses: Slight chipping on the edge when I had a few rides and didn't realize that I lost an end capBottom Line: Would I compare these to the Easton MonkeyLite CNT's? No, I think the MonkeyLite CNT (EC70,EC90) are the best bars on the market, but I gave a used set to my father for Christmas since he needed hi-rise..and he loves them too. Ok onto this product...
Truth be told, I cannot fault these bars what-so-ever. They have proven to be durable, and very comfortable. The upsweep/backsweep feel great and really these bars just perform. I bought them on sale (at the time)not wanting to spend 30% more for Eastons, and really I do not regret the purchase. I will have to say that the best feature of these bars is the comfort. They are very comfortable bars and really work against the chatter and vibration from the trail, but retaining stiffness and a solid feel you'd expect from carbon. If you can pick these bars up for $100 or less, they are worth the money and will perform.
Also, I am not sure if the listing is correct, but my bars are 660mm wide, and though I typically use wider bars (espeically for SS) they feel adaquate for my FS.
