Strengths: This bar was cheap and the range of colours was good. It also looks good (as far as handlebars can look good)Weaknesses: Mine started to bend after about 6 months, which is obviously a problem. They are also quite heavy.Bottom Line: Cheap and pretty but they bent. I would certianly reccomend them to anybody who is not too bothered with weight and doesn't ride too heavily.

Strengths: Great low price, extremely strong, nice rise and love the crossbar.Weaknesses: None...some say it is heavy but we are talking grams here not pounds...makes no difference unless you are racing for 1/100's of a second...NOT ME!!!Bottom Line: This is a great handlebar. There is no flex at all, and the rise is great. I also installed a shorter stem in conjunction with the bar and it really made a difference in handling. I read some comments about removing the crossbar, which I would not recommend. It is there for a reason...STRENGTH. It would suck if the bar broke because this was removed. Not a good idea. I also read about creaking due t the cross bar. The reason that this happens is that the brackets are out of alignment. Simply loosen the brackets and they will position themselves perfectly, re-tighten and the creeking is gone.

Strengths: Colours, Rise, Price, BraceWeaknesses: N/ABottom Line: Excellent value for money aimed at the budget enthusiast
UK retail of £15.00 and they come with a brace for extra strength. These were my first ever pair of riser bars and I found absolutely no problems with them at all!
I dont actually use them any more because anodised purple went out of fashion 3 years ago but worth every penny!

Strengths: Very cheap...very stiff with crossbar, rise, looks coolWeaknesses: heavier then hell. the crossbar creaks from pressure when you are riding. i fixed this by putting 1/8th inch rubber between the crossbar and the handlebar(where the xbar attaches) and now it works fineBottom Line: Great bar for anything...it gave me a lot more control for riding steep downhills and more power for riding up hill...anyone who has problems doing endos going down any moderatly steep trails(like kurt) should consider it...i took off my bar ends when i got it because it worked better then them. a little heavy but weight isnt really to big of an issue to me..

Strengths: -Strong
-CHEAP!!!
-Crossbar is awesomeWeaknesses: -Heavy
-When the crossbar is completely tightened down, it makes creaks from the pressure. I fixed this by using some eighth inch sheet rubber and electricians tape. Works nice nowBottom Line: Great

Strengths: Strong, versatile. The brace can be added or removed depending on the type of ride. Not just for downhill.Weaknesses: Pretty dang heavy.Bottom Line: An excellent bar if weight is not an issue. The brace can be removed to save weight and add flexibility, but it's still pretty heavy. For XC racing, use a lighter bar, for DH, this may be a good one (incredibly stiff with the brace), for freeriding (God, I hate that term) this is a well-rounded bar that will never let you down. Quality-wise, it's in the middle of the pack, but the extra low price puts it at the top of the bang-for-the-buck heap.
