Syntace Vector Carbon Low-Riser Handlebar Pro Review

I have been testing the Syntace Vector 31.8 Carbon handlebars on my Moots Mooto-XZ 29er for 5-6 months now, and I am highly impressed. I have never used a set of carbon handlebars that had such a wonderful feel to them, and dare, I say they actually have a touch of the silky titanium property! They are not only bombproof, but they look good, have a nice sweep to themselves and are decently wide. Continue reading →

Strengths:    Super strong, really well made. The attention to detail and finish on these bars is awesome, nearly too nice to bolt onto a bike.

Weaknesses:    None

Bottom Line:
This is my second set, i sold the last bike with a set of these on it so i went out and bought another set. The small rise is just enough to give you the riser feel over flat bars and the 12d backswing is perfect. These bars are bombproof, not the cheapest but i really do thing that you get what you pay for here.

Strengths:    Excellent quality!

Weaknesses:    Absolutly none

Bottom Line:
These bars rock. They are the favorite thing on my bike. Nice dampening. Extremely well made. The TI mesh inlay on the stem clamp and bar ends is a really nice touch. (you still need end plugs to run bar ends).

It's a shame Syntace is hard to get in the states. They have some of the best quality components out there. I hear they currently dont have a distributer in the states. Hopefully in the future this will change. I've been trying to get my hands on thier carbon post for months.

These are the stiffest carbon bars I have ever owned. Id buy them again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny.

Strengths:    Superior design, light, beautiful, 12 degree sweep, reinforced clamp area

Weaknesses:    just a hair low, would like to see a higher option

Bottom Line:
I bought these after much research, then went back to a Mountain Flyer review and was sold. These are a seldom seen but unbelievable product. They remove small vibration completely, the 12 degree sweep is totally ergo and comfortable, with the rise complementing it so as to have an amazing sweet spot. The precision is amazing, it's like I think and I'm in there....set yourself apart and do yourself a favor and get some...
