Strengths: Great "alternative" bar that rides very comfortable.Weaknesses: Cost. These things are overpriced, but if you can find on sale then give them a shotBottom Line: Went from my old standby of Easton carbons to these bars on my rigid bike and wow what a difference. Much more comfortable. The grip position without loosing length in the cockpit is the primary benefit from what I could tell. Have been considering moving them over to the suspended bike seeing if it has the same effect.
For the record mine are the flat versions as depicted here.

Strengths: Extremely light for a rizer bar!Weaknesses: So far noneBottom Line: To begin with mine is a rizer not a flat bar. I use barends because of endurance riding and was worried about fitting them to this bar. There's no mention on the Ritchey site about incompatibility. I use Ritchey barends too.
So far the bar has held up well with a fair amount of hours of riding. My only suggestion is that you USE a torque wrench. Max suggested is 5nm. I tightened to 4.5 which is enough. Also, buy them from merlincycles, they're selling MUCH cheaper!
