Strengths:    price, old school looks, no creak whatsoever, great value
great strenght

Weaknesses:    could have beeen an inch wider

Bottom Line:
I purchased it used (one year use by a roadie, then he sold the parts of his bike)in good condition
it matches the style of this old bike.

Someone in the bike shop said that he have seem many hadlebars broken in the last decade but no Ritchey so far, so the extra few grams worth it.

the ones who want a wide flat bar consider buyins something else like Salsa

Strengths:    Holdes up forever

Weaknesses:    Could be lighter (170gr)

Bottom Line:
Came with the bike 5 years ago and still going strong. Survived through a few big crashes without damage at all.
I will replace it just because its so old.

Strengths:    this bar seems to be indestructable, i weaigh 190 pounds and abuse my bike daily. last week i "cliped" a tree with the right side of my bar going about 25 and it has shown o worse for wear.

Weaknesses:    it's not to flashy compared with some of the bars from race face or salsa

Bottom Line:
this is the bar that came on my bike. it's pretty cool. i wouldn't expect it to have taken some of the abuse i put into it. i prefer a flat bar and this one works flawlessly. you can tell when bike parts are good when they are never noticed. this thing has behaved for the last year and taken some pretty tuff abuse. five chillies for value, 4 over all cause it's pretty generic looking but who cares cause its a handle bar and they are all the same anyway.

Bottom Line:
It holds up great, but at 170 grams(!) what do you expect.
Most would say it's too narrow but I actually like really narrow bars...

Strengths:
Light @ 170g
Inexpensive

Weaknesses:
None

Bottom Line:
I've had this bar for over five years on two different bikes. They are fairly light @ 170grams and very reasonable in price. I haven't had any problems with them at all, but need to replace them soon because they are so old. You can't beat Ritchey quality and price.
