Strengths: Inexpensive, stiff, shot peened finish, good workmanship, all controls fit, no sleeve to creak.Weaknesses: Well, it's aluminum, and has a shorter fatigue life than carbon fiber or titanium or steel; replace periodically.Bottom Line: Get them at Nashbar for $15 ea. on closeout. I bought 4. The price has gone up not that Tomac has put his name on them. Don't waste your money on expensive handlebars. These are great.
Favorite Trail: Ridge Tr.
Duration Product Used: Less than 1 month
Similar Products Used: Performance carbon bar, Scott AT-2 LF, Zoom Brahma bar, cheap heavy steel bar.

Bottom Line:
I'm convinced that this is one of the best all around values for a cross country handlebar. Excellent shock absorbtion, but way stiffer than my old steel bar. Excellent weight and price too. Handles high speed downhills well too.
