Strengths: lightWeaknesses: long, so I want to cut it down but than there wouldn't be shims in the ends so my bar ends would crush the carbonBottom Line: good light handle bar I would reccomend for a sport xc rider

Strengths: It's a stiff bar, that's for sure. The weight is nice and low, and the price can't be beat.Weaknesses: It's hard to really trust a bar made out of carbon will not break.Bottom Line: Not a bad bar for a beginner/weekend rider looking to drop a little weight and benefit from the vibration damping properties of carbon. At that price, who cares if it's not the lightest carbon bar. This bar has survived a year of XC racing on a fully rigid bike. My previous bar, which was made out of titanium, broke under the same conditions.

$35.00
