Loaded set out to design the lightest mountain bike handlebar on the market with the new Napalm Bars. In order to achieve this goal, the traditional mold of carbon handlebar manufacturing would have to be broken and a new process would have to be built. Traditionally, carbon handlebars are molded around 3 separate pieces and then joined together. This joining process adds excess material and wight. Loaded has developed a proprietary construction process that utilizes a 1 piece, 1 pass layup technique. This process, in combination with the use of extremely high grade carbon, set a new precedent in terms of weight and strength. Tireless redesigns and hundred of hours of testing, allow Loaded to offer this handlebar with a lifetime warranty. At just under 114 grams and a width of 680mm, Loaded has redefined what is possible.
